Welcome to FirstConnection (“FirstConnection”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

FirstConnection is an AI-enabled technology platform providing services and tools relating to education, career guidance, skill development, employability, recruitment and career opportunities, including products and services such as Career Assistance, Bharat Audit, Interview Arena, Direct-to-Recruiter, Campus Connect and other services introduced by FirstConnection from time to time.

By accessing or using our website, platform, applications, products or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information while registering or using our Services.

Users under the age of 18 may use FirstConnection only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian wherever required by applicable law.

Where a service is specifically intended for students below 18 years of age, the parent/guardian may be required to provide appropriate consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by you is accurate and up to date.

2. FirstConnection Services

The exact features, deliverables, duration and pricing applicable to a particular service will be communicated at the time of purchase or registration.

3. AI-Generated Information

Certain FirstConnection Services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems.

AI-generated assessments, recommendations, feedback, interview evaluations, career suggestions, matching results or other outputs are intended to provide decision-support and guidance.

Users should exercise their own judgment and, where appropriate, seek advice from qualified professionals.

4. Recruiter and Job Opportunities

FirstConnection may facilitate connections between candidates and employers/recruiters.

FirstConnection does not guarantee employment or selection.

Submitting a profile or participating in an assessment does not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview or job offer.

You may submit resumes, photographs, educational information, employment information, assessment responses, interview responses, documents and other information (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for FirstConnection to provide the Services.

By submitting User Content, you grant FirstConnection a limited right to host, process, analyse, display and use such content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and operate the platform.

Where sharing with recruiters, colleges or other third parties is part of the selected service, such sharing may occur in accordance with the applicable service and Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8. Payments

Certain FirstConnection Services require payment.

Prices will be displayed before purchase, unless otherwise agreed under a written commercial arrangement.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

FirstConnection does not store complete card, UPI, banking or other payment credentials unless expressly stated.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Different products may have different cancellation/refund conditions depending on whether the service has already commenced or been delivered.

10. Intellectual Property

All FirstConnection trademarks, logos, software, content, designs, assessment frameworks, methodologies, videos, graphics, text and technology are owned by or licensed to FirstConnection unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit FirstConnection intellectual property without written permission.

FirstConnection may integrate with third-party services including payment providers, communication tools, cloud services, scheduling platforms, analytics services and recruitment systems.

Use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

FirstConnection provides technology-enabled educational, career and employability services.

Except where expressly stated in writing, FirstConnection does not guarantee any specific educational, employment, recruitment, salary or career outcome.

Platform availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FirstConnection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the FirstConnection website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal provisions, courts having jurisdiction at [Noida ] shall have jurisdiction.
